Our focus has remained steadfast on advancing the NOESIS platform, continually integrating additional automation features to better serve our clientele. We’ve successfully onboarded numerous pharmaceutical and contract research organizations onto the NOESIS multi-tenant platform, facilitating streamlined case management automation that delivers substantial efficiency gains over manual processes.
Furthermore, we’ve actively engaged with industry stakeholders to solicit valuable business insights, leveraging direct outreach, webinars, and participation in conferences to shape the platform roadmap. Through collaborative efforts, we’ve conducted several pilot programs with leading pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations. These initiatives allow the industry to thoroughly evaluate the automation capabilities and assess the return-on-investment before making any commitments to specific technology solutions.

Meet the Leadership Team

Late Syed Ali

Founder
As a co-founder of Drogevate, Syed brought invaluable expertise as a subject matter expert in ICH E2B and HL7, specializing in the development of integration solutions. His pivotal role as Vice President – Product Management at Drogevate was marked by his instrumental contributions to shaping the architecture of the NOESIS platform.
Syed’s diverse interests reflected his multifaceted personality. A skilled national-level shooter, he pursued his passion for photography, automobiles, and the art of maintaining home aquariums.

Syed passed away in 2021 from complications due to Covid-19. Though Syed may no
longer be with us physically, his spirit lives on, leaving behind a legacy of innovation,
dedication, and passion.

Saurabh Goyal

Founder & Director, Vice President - Operations
With over 23 years of extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry, Saurabh has cultivated a diverse skill set across professional services, consulting, information systems implementation, computer system validation, and operational management. His expertise encompasses a deep understanding of critical business processes, notably in areas such as drug safety, drug development, regulatory submissions, and compliance.
During his tenure at Oracle and Relsys, he led the consulting services teams, demonstrating proficiency in leading complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions. Subsequently, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, co-founding a prominent life sciences consulting organization, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing consulting delivery and operational strategies.
With Drogevate, he continues to apply his wealth of industry knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.
He likes to travel and explore diverse landscapes and experiences. Additionally, he pursues his interest in the art of penmanship, honing his skills using a curated collection of fountain pens and inks.

Anil Bansal

Founder & Director, Vice President – Technology
Anil is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of hands-on experience in technology and product management within the dynamic landscape of the Life Sciences industry. With a comprehensive background spanning clinical, healthcare, and safety sectors, Anil brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His journey reflects a profound understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from inception and design to development and deployment, tailored specifically for the industry’s unique needs.
Anil’s fervor for technology and entrepreneurship fuels his relentless pursuit of innovation, transforming challenges into opportunities. With a keen eye for market trends and a passion for driving impactful solutions, Anil stands at the forefront of driving positive change within the Life Sciences domain.

Prashant Guleria

Technology Architect
Over 9 years of experience, He brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision to his role as a technology architect. He has a collaborative approach, having worked closely with teams across diverse industries like telecom, finance, and life sciences. His expertise lies in crafting innovative technology solutions that meet business needs and future-proof organizations. 
He is passionate about ensuring security and scalability in his projects, evident in his development of the NOESIS framework.  Driven by an unyielding passion for digital transformation, Prashant is dedicated to creating groundbreaking solutions for complex business challenges, fueled by his relentless pursuit of excellence.

Deepak Bhatia

Data Sciences Architect
With over 11 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development across various domains, including telecommunications and life sciences. At Drogevate, he is responsible for Noesis transformation framework and specialized AI models for pharmacovigilance using advanced Machine Learning algorithms. Deepak possesses a strong technical background and proficiency in multiple technologies, showcasing his expertise and versatility in the field. His commitment to innovation and continuous learning positions him as a dynamic leader in the data science domain. He brings a unique blend of expertise and creativity to his role, driving innovation and strategic decision-making in the data science domain.
Prior to joining Drogevate, Deepak held key positions at Infosys and Vitrana. He is an engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and maintains a passion for technology, cinema, football, and culinary adventures.

Shavet Garg

Integration Architect
With over 11 years of experience in the software industry, he has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing robust integration solutions. He has a diverse background that spans the banking, telecom and life sciences sectors. He has a deep expertise in E2B standards, adeptly navigating the regulations set forth by agencies such as the EMA, FDA, PMDA etc with a specialized focus on the Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain.
Notably, Shavet has designed the NOESIS data standardization framework and workflow architecture, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex systems integration. He specialises in leading teams in implementing and scaling solutions by managing various stakeholders involved.
His prior engagements were with Infosys and Vitrana. 
Beyond his professional pursuits, Shavet enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing cricket, traveling, and attending social gatherings. He embraces a balanced and vibrant lifestyle.

Saddam Khan

Database Architect
With a decade of expertise, Saddam has spearheaded the development of software systems within the life sciences, particularly the pharmacovigilance domain. Diligently evaluating business needs, he crafts database architectures, optimizes performance, and ensures data integrity and scalability. Being a maestro in data modelling and performance tuning, Saddam navigates seamlessly from the structured elegance of relational databases to the dynamic versatility of NoSQL systems.
His key achievement lies in orchestrating the NOESIS platform database framework, where he adeptly tackled intricate challenges with elegant solutions.
Beyond technology, Saddam finds joy in blogging and indulges his passion for cricket analysis.

Upendra Shukla

Solutions Architect
With a combined development and consulting experience of over 12 years, and a rich tapestry of experiences spanning full-stack development,  system architecture, implementation and E2B R3 standards, Upendra brings invaluable expertise to the Drogevate team. Equipped with an arsenal of unparalleled debugging skills and a relentless commitment to problem-solving, he is a proficient communicator, collaborator and expert in finding cutting-edge solutions to complex problems.
From spearheading the development of NOESIS data extraction framework to ensuring smooth delivery of product to customers, Upendra’s expertise ensures seamless operations and enhanced efficiency for our clients. His prior experience includes engagements at InterraIT, Infosys and Vitrana in banking, telecom and life sciences domains.
Beyond the confines of technology, Upendra loves traveling, in pursuit of new horizons, deep diving in the literary realm of books, and revelling in the pulsating drama of cricket.
